1. Post your topic in the relevant category
If you are an English user, go to the English category and choose FAQ&Knowledge or Training & Certification according to your need, clicking 
to post.
Or directly click on the homepage and choose the correct category to post.
2. Give your topic a clear title and a clear description
Please briefly indicate the situation you encountered in the subject and describe the detailed situation in the body or attach a screenshot.
