# How to debug why ECU1051 can't send mqtt to cloud IOTedge?

step 1. ping [google.com](http://google.com) to check if get reply  
step 2. if can’t ping [google.com](http://google.com) succcessfully but ping 8.8.8.8 works , you can try to open 53 TCP UDP port
