How to add non-email users in IEMS

  1. Please log in to the Iam interface using the iamroot platform administrator account.

  2. System Configuration:
    2-1. Click “System Configuration” >> “Configuration” in the menu, then click “Advanced Configuration” >> “Edit”.


    2-2. Configure “Enable Virtual Users” as Yes, then click Save >> Reload.

  3. Please log in to the desk interface using the admin subscription account.

  4. Add a User (Non-Email):
    4-1. Click the “gear button” in the upper right corner of the interface >> “Admin Settings”.


    4-2.Click “User Management” >> “User List” in the menu, then click the “Add” button.

    4-3.Click “Non-Email Account”, then enter the user information and click Save.
