The system currently supports three default languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English.
If you need additional languages, you can import them manually.
Here’s how:

Log in to Desk and click the gear icon in the top-right corner to enter Admin Setting

Go to Personalization → Language Settings → Import Language

Select the target Org and Service
Note: Desk is a required service*

Click Download File to get the language template

Edit the file and upload it back to the system

Log out and log in again to apply the changes
