[iEMS] How to Add a New Language

The system currently supports three default languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English.

If you need additional languages, you can import them manually.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to Desk and click the gear icon in the top-right corner to enter Admin Setting

  2. Go to Personalization → Language Settings → Import Language

  3. Select the target Org and Service
    Note: Desk is a required service*

  4. Click Download File to get the language template

  5. Edit the file and upload it back to the system

  6. Log out and log in again to apply the changes
